I am in receipt of your Letter of February 14 regarding depositions of your witnesses in the Reopened Proceeding.

I am more than happy to read your testimony first to determine whether all witnesses need be deposed.

I did want to let you know as quickly as possible, though that with respect to the two dates you suggested, February 25th and 28th, I will be out of Washington from February 28 through !; arch 5.

Friday, February 25 is the last possible time for the deposition.

The Staff and I have agreed on February 22 for UCS's deposition of the Staff witnesses.
