This is to confirm the telephone conversation on January 26, 1983, by Mr. L. E. Ellershaw of this of fice with Mr. P. T. McManus of your staff, concerning the inspection at the Forest Hills plant on February 14-18, 1983.
The NRC inspection team will consist of Hessrs. L. E. E11ershaw, I. Barnes, and S. D. Reynolds.
The inspection will relate to review of QA records pertaining to fabrication of Indian Point 3 steam generators.
