Dear Mr. Smith:

Enclosed are copies of the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Planning Information which was provided to residents of Wayne and Moncoe Counties living within the 10 mile EPZ. These have been delivered to each residence, utilizino the RG&E meter readers. Posters and information for transients are being developed in conjunction with State and county personnel. When the material has been finalized, copies will be forwarded. This material is referenced as Item - B23 in my letter of June 30, 1982.

In reference to Item B24: Training for the news media representa-tives has been scheduled for April 1983. This training will be correlated with the annual exercise on June 22, 1983.

We will keep you informed of actions completed in response to the Emergency Preparedness Appraisal 50-244/81-22.
