As the research required to assess any impact on Perry Nuclear Power Plant will require some time, I am writing to assure you that the material forwarded, including Information Notice 83-01 will be acted upon promptly.
Should any significant deficiencies be identified as a result of your notification, we will report them in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e).
