Dear Mr. Bernard:

Pursuant to our telephone conversation on January 25 regarding the experience of other similar non-power reactor people licensees obtaining operating license renewals, the renewal application for license R-92 (submitted by letter January 3,1980) is amended to request a license renewal period of 20 years. The initial applica-tion specified 10 years.
