Pursuant to Clause No. 34 of the General Provisions entitled " Negotiated Overhead Rates", the following modification is made:
ARTICLE IV - ALLOWABLE COST / COMPENSATION, is amended to read as follows:
"A.
Indirect Costs 1.
The contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the final l overhead rate of 84.64% for the fiscal year ended 1/31/80 and 86.2% for the fiscal year ended 1/31/81. Employee benefits shall be reimbursed at the final rates of
'j 35.81% for the fiscal year ended 1/31/80 and 37.7% for the fiscal year ended 1/31/81. il 2.
General and Administrative expenses shall be reimbursed at the final rates of 12.44%
for the fiscal year ended 1/31/80 and 12.62". for the fiscal year ended 1/31/81.
This modificatio1 also deobligates the unliquidated balance of $1,061.00 remaining in the contract.
As a result of this modification, the total amount obligated by the contract is decreased from $187,891.00 to $186,830.00.
