I have been informed by the Department of Energy that the destination for spent fuel shipment from the research reactor after 1 June 1982 will be Idaho Falls, Idaho. I have reviewed with Tri-State a road transportation route from our facility to Idaho Falls. I am enclosing a road transporta-tion route based on this review and infonnation from NUREG-075(Rev 1)

(Public Information Circular for Shipments of Irradiated Reactor Fuel).

Our request for route approval is submitted per 10CFR73.37. This proposal contains infonnation of a type specified in 10CFR Part 2.790(d) therefore this information should be withheld from Public Disclosure.
