This is in response to your letter dated December 22, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the Final Environmental Statement (NUREG-0769) for the proposed operation of the Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2 and the Addendum to the Environmental Impact Statement.
Please find enclosed a copy of the requested records.
The cost of NUREG-0769 is $7.50 and the addendum is $2.75.
