D STATEMENT OF WORK FOR PHASE 111 - THIRD YEAR Lil0RT 1:

Complete the processing and analysis of all data collected by SRI during SEADEX-1, including the following:

Wind and temperature data from the Kewaunee tower Solar radiometer and net radiometer data from the HQ site Solar data from the HQ site and the Nuclear Road site Time-lapse photographic records (from three cameras) of the oil fog plume Airborne data (air temperature, dewpoint, turbulence, surface IR temperature, SF6 concentration, and aircraft location) obtained from the Cessna 337 aircraft Airborne lidar (ALPHA-1) measurements of the oil fog plume (the analysis of these records will include preparation of gray-scale images of each cross section, time-averaged cross sections, and vertical and horizontal dispersion parameters)

Ground-mobile lidar (Mark 9) measurements of the oil fog plume (the analysis of these records will be limited to preparation of gray-scale images of each cross section except for tests when the ALPHA-1 was not operating; for the latter cases, time-averaged cross sections and dis-persion parameters will be calculated.)

2:

Present and submit the results of the above data analysis in the follow-ing forms:

~

A Comprehensive Report to the NRC, including a data compilation An oral presentation to the NRC staff and NRC contractor representatives Magnetic tape records to the NRC contractor representatives The Comprehensive Report should be provided in the form of a camera-l ready copy that can be readily incorporated into a NUREG/CR report.
