The licensee has proposed corrective design changes to Er,4 eliminate further leakage. Meanwhile, leakage has been teminated by 'g installation of plugs in the piping. 00R is reviewing the licensee proposed changes in plant design. Surry Power Station Unit No. 2 On October 8,1977 the NRC issued an Order authorizing restart of Unit 2 af ter a recent steam generator inspectinn and repair program. The Order provides for shutdown for steam generator inspection af ter six months of operation. Unit 2 had been shutdown since Septe.?ber 9,1977 for the Cycle 4 g Nira reload. Concurrently with the Order, we issued the Cycle 4 reload license W anendment. N5? F 1.
