In ALAB-702 the Appeal Board directed the NRC Staff to notify the Board when the Staff had acted on the Licensee's proposal to amend the Technical Specifications for Unit I to include a limiting condition for operation (LCO) that restricts increases in unidentified leakage to no more than 2 gpm in any four hour period.
A license amendment to incorporate an appropriate LC0 and action statement in the Unit 1 Technical Specifications has been issued by the Staff. A copy of that license amendment is enclosed, i
