Attached is a letter from Marubeni America Corporati6n which transmits a

revised NRC-7 Form to replace their original application dated December 27, 1982.
The revised application reflects a change in item 13(Change Word " Conversion" to " Converter" and change spelling of "Ibaraki-ken" to "Ibaragi-ken") and item 15 (again change spelling of "Ibaraki-ken").
In a telephone conversation on January 6, 1983, the applicant requested that the revised NRC-7 Form be forwarded to the Embassy of Japan so that the letter of Assurance would reflect the corrected information. Your assistance will be apprecicted.
