Dear Mr. Denton:
In Reference (a) Commonwealth Edison was informed that the Technical Evaluation Reports (TERs), attached to the subject Safety Evaluation Reports, would be withheld from public disclosure until we responded to the NRC.
This is to inform you that we are currently evaluating, in detail, the information contained in those TERS to determine what information is proprietary.
We will give you a schedule for our resolution of this proprietary information issue by February 15, 1983.
Until further notice, we understand that this information will continue to be withheld from public disclosure.
Please address any questions you may have concerning this matter to this office.
