A.
Under Section 3.0 Consideration and Payment, Article 3.1 Estimated Cost and Award Fee, the foll'owing changes are made:
1.
Paragraph 1 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is

substituted in lieu thereof:
"1.
The estimated cost to the Government for all allowable costs and award fee shall not exceed $3,653,610.00 for performance of this Contract."
2.
Paragraph 4 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $1,553,000.00, of which $1,475,724.00 represents estimated reimburs-able costs, and of which $77,276.00 represents available award fee for the period November 23, 1981 throuch December 31, 1982.
For further provisions on funding, see Article 5.11 entitled

Paragraph 7 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
"7.
The available award fee not earned by the contractor hereinafter termed ' residual fee' for the evaluation period Nos. 1 through 3 identified above totalling
$229.00 is diverted to and made a part of the amount allotted for reimbursable costs.
Such amount is included as part of the estimated reimbursable costs reflected under paragraph 4 above."
B.
In summary, this modification accomplishes the following:
1.
Decreases the total estimated amount of the contrct by $229.00 from $3,653,839.00 to $3,653,610.00.
The $229.00 reflects award fee not earned for evaluation periods 1, 2 and 3.
There-fore, the total estimated amount of award fee is reduced by $229.00.

Incorporates $19,774.00 as the award fee earned for the third evaluation period (June 1,1982 - August 31, 1982), diverts
$157 of residual fee to the total estimated reimbursable costs currently available for payment under the contract and decreases the available award fee amount by $157.00 for the period November 23, 1981 through December 31, 1982.
C.
As a result of this modification ten (10), the total amount obligated under this contract remains at $1,533,000.00.
