Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412 Response to Generic Letter 82-16 Gentlemen:
Duquesne Light Company is currently preparing the Technical Speci-fications for the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit 2 (BVPS-2) operating are being written with the license.
The BVPS-2 Technical Specifications intent to be consistent with tne BVPS-1 Technical Specifications.
Informa-tion provided in Generic Letter No. 82-16 will be used in the development of the BVPS-2 Technical Specifications as appropriate.
BVPS-2 Technical Specifications will be presented to the NRC during the BVPS-2 operating license review.
