I.
The Government hereby accepts your offer of November 3,1982 as amended by your letter of November 4, 1982.
Your offer and the amendment thereto are incorporated into this contract by reference.
A.
The contractor shall perform the work set forth in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment No.1) entitled " DOE' Processing." This Statement of Work is hereby incorporated into this contract.
B.
Deliverables required in connection with the work specified herein shall correspond to those specified in Article I, Paragraph C.1 of the contract (Task A - Program Coding and Debugging). Moreover, all subsequent task deliverables, including those l
required under Task B - Conversion, Task C - System Testing, Task D - Training, Task E - Acceptance Processing, and Task F - Documentation shall be performed in full consideration of this new work and shall fully incorporate the additional work undertaken in connection with this Modification.

C.
The schedule of deliverables, as reflected in monthly GANTT charts is changed to correspond to those changes presented in the contractor's proposal of November 3,1982.
The contractor agrees that all succeeding GANTT charts submitted subsequent to the effective date of this modification shall reflect the changes presented in the contractor's proposal as referenced above, and shall be regularly updated as required elsewhere under this contract.
D.
Article III, Consideration and Payment, Paragraph A.1 is deleted in its entirety.
The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"A.)
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $973,134.00, cf which the

sum of $898,969.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $74,165.00 represents the fixed fee."
E.
Article III, Consideration and Payment, Paragraph A.3 is deleted in its entirety.
The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"A.3 The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $973,134.00."
F.
Article IV, Overhead / General and Administrative Rates, pursuant to Paragraph C, the Government accepts the revised provisional overhead and G&A rates as submitted in your proposal of November 3,1982.
Accordingly, Article IV, Paragraphs A and B are deleted in their entirety.
The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
A.
Pending the establishment of final fringe benefits and overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable fringe benefits at the provisional rate of 26.17 percent of direct labor and for allowable overhead costs at the provisional rate of 21.79 percent of the sum of direct labor and fringe benefits.
B.
Pending the establishment of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable general and administrative costs at the provisional rate of 13.5 percent of direct cost and overhead.
II.
The following administrative changes are hereby made:
A.
Article XI, Project Officer, delete the name " Charles R. Troutman";
Substitute the name:
" Guy G. Wright, III."
B.
Article XVI, Billing Instructions for NRC Cost-Type Contracts, is deleted in its entirety.
