Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Safety Evaluation Report (SER) for Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment As discussed in a telephone conversation between J. Van Vliet of four staff and L. W. Ilarding (GPUNS) on January 3,1983, GPUN has not submitted or referenced any material classified as proprietary. however, Franklin Research Center (FRC) has attempted to obtain some infocmation from secondary sources (vendors, etc.) which is indicated as proprietary and used in the SER for TMI-1 dated Decernber 10, 1982.
It is our position that the burden of respon-sibility for the proprietary nature of this material rests witn the NRC and its contractor, FRC.
