- SALEM UNIT #2 - OPERATING
SUMMARY
DECEMBER, 1982 Unit 2 continues to be limited to 82% due to a gagged safety valve. Unit 2 operated at 100% availability during the month with no major problems. The average power level was 73.4% TRP. Unit 2 commenced a power coastdown on approximately December 8, going to an extended burnup of 17,000 MWD /MTU. The unit is expected off line January 21 for a refueling outage. Page 13 of 14
