Capletion of' reorganization by December 31, 1982 As stated in the response to Inspection Report 82-10, completion of the reorganization process at 'IMI-2 requires a Technical Specification Change due to the nodification of the safety review process. Wis change request was subnitted on Novenber 29, 1982, and is pending NRC approval. Additionally, impimentation of the nodified safety review process requires training of personnel involved in this process. h is training is presently underway. Based on training constraints, completion of the reorganization will be delayed beyond Decenber 31, 1982. Training of essential personnel will be cmpleted by January 14, 1982, with training of additional personnel continuing thereafter, and inplementation of the new organization will be empleted shortly after NRC approval of the Technical Specification Change Request.

Issuance of 80% of presently drafted procedures by December 31, 1982 Cmpletion of this cmmitment, as clarified by an NRC Ictter from R. W. Starostecki to B. K. h'anga dated November 24, 1982, has been postponed to January 3,1983, In order to inplement the new procedure process at the start of the new year. Wis change in inplenentation date is a minor nodification of GPU's previous cmmitment and is provided for your information.

Finish Review of empleted work requests by January 31, 1983 GPU letter 4410-82-L-0040 dated Novmber 2,1982, provided a description o'. the extent of GPU's review of empleted work. Wis review is currently in progress and should be cmpleted by January 31, 1983.

Modification of Contracts to require doctnent distribution by Dec mber 31, 1982 This has aircady been accomplished for the contract / contractor that performs GPU's ventilation testing. Changes to the remaining.
contracts will be modified when the contracts are renewed effective January 1, 1983.
