Dear Mr. Collins:

As I suggested in the subject letter, all but one (1), of what eventually turned out to be fifteen (15),of the welds in question at the WNP-2 site, were resolved by reviewing, comparing, and substituting our file copy of the film for the custcuer's copy, This was accomplished at our facility in conjunction with l Bechtel site personnel. The one (1) weld which could not be resolved was to l be re-radiographed by Bechtel on-site and, since we have never heard any more about it, we can only assume it has been taken care of in the field.

We have completed the review of all the radiosraphs on the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Rancho Seco, project as we stated we would in the last para.

l We have not been informed by any other utilities of disclosure of any enhancemer,ts, so we feel that the enhancement activities were restricted to the two (2) nuclece sites, WNP-2 and WNP-3, of which you have been advised.

If any further action needs to be taken by us, please advise. As of this tine,.

we feel that we have taken all necessary action to review and resolve the question-able areas and therefore consider this a closed subject.
