Varga, Chief Operating Reactors Branch No. 1 Division of Licensing Dear Mr. Varga s Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) of the Commission's Regulations we hereby submit changes to the " Indian Point Station Physical Security Plan" dated November, 1982. Five copies are provided as an attachment to this letter.
We would like to bring to your attention that a post-implementation review of P.
3-14 revealed certain minor grammatical errors which did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the aforementioned security plan.
Subsequently, P.
3-14 was revised to correct these grammatical errors and reissued.
It is this revised page that appears in the attachment to this letter.
In our judgement changes contained herein do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the aforementioned security plan.
In accordance with Sections 2.790(d) and Section 73.21 of the NRC's Rules, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which identify a licensee's detailed security measures for the physical protection of licensed facility are exempt from disclosure.
We understand, therefore, that this report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
