The purpose of this Modification is to incorporate the Pennsylvania State University's renewal proposal dated October 12, 1982; and to change the grant p. riod in Block No. 3 and the dollar amount in Block fio.15 of the flotice of Grant Award.
B.
Specifically, of this Grant lio. NRC-G-04-81-024:
1.
Block fio. 3, Grant Period, is extended by six (6) months from 9/30/81 through 11/29/82 to 9/30/81 through S/31/83.
2.
Block No. 9, Project under this Modification No. 3 will be conducted in accordance with the grantee's renewal proposal dated October 12, 1982; and 3.
Block No.15, Funding Sources, is increased by $60,000.00 from $119,398.00 to S179,398.00.

All other terms and conditions under this Grant remain the same.
