This is in response to your letter dated November 30, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that a copy of SECY-82-326 and SECY-82-315 be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
During a December 2,1982 telephone conversation with Mary Jean Pool, of my staff, you were informed that a copy of SECY-82-315 is already available for inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
The NRC has not completed its review of the remaining Commission paper subject to your request. We will respond as soon as that review is completed.
