This responds to your request of December 10, 1982 for the views of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on enrolled bill H.R.
6005, the " Congressional Reports Elimination Act of 1982."
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has reviewed that section, section 115, of the enrolled bill, H.R. 6005, which relates to activities of the Commission, and recommends Presidential signature.
