Your letter dated July 27, 1982, requested reve1w of the subject topical report, and in a letter to you dated August 16,1982, the NRC Licensing staff estimated the cost of the review to be $10,000.
Upon completion of the Commission's review, we will assess a fee for the actual cost of processing the application in accordance with fee Category 13 and Footnote 4 of Section 170.31 of the enclosed Part 170.
