TRANSMITTAL OF AMENDED CLINCH RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT PRELIMINARY SAFETY ANLAYSIS REPORT (PSAR) SECTION 17D Enclosed is an amended PSAR Section 170, "A Description of the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) Supplier Quality Assurance Program." Upon completion of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staffs' review, the accepted PSAR Section 170 will be incorporated into a January amendment to tne PSAR.
