On December 30, 1982 Applicants filed a motion to compel Sunflower to answer certain of Applicants' third set of discovery requests to Sunflower. Although the Staff does not oppose Applicants' motion it will not file a formal answer to the motion unless requested to do so by the Board, because the Staff believes that the Board does not need the Staff's assistance to resolve discovery disputes between other parties.
