Dear Mr. Keppler:
Pursuant to the concerns addressed in your November 10, 1982 letter, attached please find our responses to the safeguard system non-compliances described in the subject Inspection Report.
In addition, we will initiate the review as described in Paragraph 6 of the Inspection Report.
As required by the provisions of 1C CFR 2.201, we have included, where appropriate, for each noncompliance: (1) the corrective action taken and the results achieved, (2) the corrective action to be taken to avoid further non-compliance, and (3) the date when full compliance will be achieved.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, it is requested that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the Public Document Room.
These documents have been prepared following Corporate Procedures wl.ich incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure their accuracy and comple*.eness prior to sig.ature by the undersigned.
