60137 Attention:
J. F. Streeter Reportable Occurrence No. P-RO-82-15 On December 28, 1982 a tiny through-wall crack was found in the heat affected zone of a weld in the safety injection supply line from the boric acid storage tanks. The line contains 12 w/o boric acid.
This weld is not part of the sample that was subjected to volumetric exanination in response to IE Bulletin 79-1.7 Revision 1.
Investigation is in progress.
