NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING - LICENSE FEES j
l By memorandum dated November 18,1982 (enclosed), I sent several documents to Gerald Lichtman, Office of the Secretary, to be placed in the public document I
room. These documents were in support of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in the Federal Register on November 22, 1982 concerning license fees.
In a telephone call yesterday, Lynn Scattolini, SECY, suggested that items 4-7 (enclosed) listed in the November 18, 1982 memorandum, as well as the fee work papers, should be sent to you for processing through the document control system and made available for public inspection.
Items 1, 2 and 3 are already in the public document room and have been assigned assession numbers as follows:
