This is in response to your letter dated Asly 16, 1982 which transmitted a revised Chapter 5 to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Our review has identified several areas of your revised plan which require additional infomation. The enclosure to this letter describes these items which nust be addressed in order to complete our review.
It has been established that the enclosure to your letter dated July 16, 1982 coratains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be caneercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
