i This is in response to your letter, GA 696-4004, dated August 27, 1982, and its enclosure, which addressed proposed changes to the Fixed Site Facility Physical Protection Plan required under 10 CFR 73.20.
i We have reviewed these changes to Chapters 20 and 21 of your Plan which resulted from discussions between members of your staff and Don Joy of my staff.
We have determined that the changes you propose are acceptable. Accordingly, we are hereby modifying Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-6% by adding l
the following condition:
The licensee shall follow the comunitments contained in the enclosure to the August 27, 1982 letter (GA 696-4004), except that he may either comply with the fourth sentence of Section 21.1.1 or provide the alternate protection measures specified in the August 27, 1982 l
letter.
This modification shall be in force as a prerequisite to the resumption of SNM processing activities and shall remain valid until further notice.
l We have determined that the enclosure to your August 27, 1982 letter contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
