MOTION BY WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY OF CONSOLIDATED EDISON In its reply of November 19 to our July interrogatory consolidated Edison Company failed to reply to our request as follows:
On May 15, 1981, WBCA received a letter from Harold Dentor, enclosing a " Feasibility Study for the Modification of Containment Cooling System for Indian Point #2."
Attached t.o it.was a letter from John D.
O'Toole of Con Ed to Mr. Victor Stello of NRC describing a further evaluation which would be ready "approximately January 1982."
We request a copy of that evaluation of a hybrid closed cooling system.
Mr. O'Toole's letter is dated January 27.
We request this material for our contention 2.2 (a).
No reason was given denying the request.
