Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Annual Environmental Operatirg Report Errata In accordance with Section 4.5 of the TML-2 Technical Specification Appendix B, specifics of herbicide usage along transmission line corridors is required as part of the Annual Environmental Operating Report (AEOR) for both units. During a recent internal audit, an error was discovered in the 1981 AEOR concerning the extent and nature of herbicide application. As corrected, Section 4.A reads:
"An area of 8.39 acres along transmission line 5026, the Hosensack transmission corridor, was treated with an approved herbicide in October and November 1981.
Herbicide type:
Garlon 3A - 44.4% triclorpyr 55.6% inert material Rate of Application:
Approximately 1 gallon solution per acre Solution Strength:
33% Garlon 3A, 67% water Application Method:
100% Frill cut i
Application Frequency: Once 1
Herbicide application was performed by an outside specialist using techniques consistent with approved industrial and company policies."
