Dear Mr. Youngblood:
This letter is to inform you that as of December 1, 1982, management changes have taken place affecting the Perry Nuclear Construction Site.
In accordance with the management organization commitments made in our March 22, 1982, and April 29, 1982, letters on management organiza' ion submitted to Mr. A. Schwencer, Mr. Dalwyn R. Davidson, Vice President-System Engineering and Construction Group, has assumed the position of Senior Vice President, and Mr. Murrary R.
Edelman, Division Manager-Nuclear Engineering and Construction Division, has assumed the position of Vice President-Nuclear Group.
Mr. Edelman will now be the central point of contact for all NRC correspond-ence and will sign all official correspondence on behalf of the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co. acting as agent for Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison, Duquesne Light, Pennsylvania Power.
