l The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental fun. ding under the contract.

Now, therefore, the following changes are made:
A.
Under Section 3.0 Consideration and Payment, the following changes are made:
1.
Article 3.1 Estimated Cost and Award Fee, delete paragraph 4 in its entirety and substitute the following paragraph in lieu thereof-
" Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $1,283,000.00, of which $1,205,567.00 represents estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $77,433.00 represents available award fee for the period November 23, 1981 through December 31, 1982.
For further provisions on funding, see Article 5.11 entitled ' Incremental Funding' and General Provision No. 5.2 entitled ' Limitation of Funds. '"

In summary, this modification increases total contract obligations by $165,000.00, from $1,118,000.00 to $1,283,000.00.
Specifically, reimbursable costs are being increased by $142,856.00, from
$1,062,711.00 to $1,205,567.00.
The available Award Fee is hereby increased by $22,144.00, from $55,289.00 to $77,433.00.
C.
As a result of this Modification No. 8, the total amount obligated under this contract is now $1,283,000.00.
