Dear fir. Moury:
By letter dated October 13, 1982, Mr. J. P. Hogan of your law department wrote us, requesting clarification on two points.
The first point concerned indemnity agreement number B-9, which supports licenses R-38 and R-67.
Indemnity agreement number B-9 will be changed to reflect the new corporation's name at the tame time that the license amendments are issued.
The second point concerned the precise name of the new corporation. We understand that the precise corporation name is to be GA Technologies, Inc. rather than General Atomic Technologies, Inc. This does not change our consent for transfer which was transmitted by letter dated October 7, 1982.
As soon as the legal instruments that acconpany closing of the transfers are Corpleted, we eXpOCt you to request license amendments for your reactor licenses reflecting the change in ownership.
