" Motion of the State of New Hampshire to Compel Answers to Its First Set of Interrogatories to Public Service Company." This letter is to inform the Board and the parties that inasmuch as the State's motion involves a discovery dispute between the State and the Applicants, the NRC staff takes no position with respect to the motion.
