I will ask the Secretary to walk through the 6
items before us.
7 HR. CHILK The first item for affirmation is 8
SECY-82-425, Offshore Power Systems, a manufacturing 9
license for building a nuclear power plant in which the 10 Commission is being asked to address and clarify some 11 issues presented in ALAB 686 and 669.
12 The Chairman, Commissioner Asselstine and 13 Commission Roberts have approved an order indicating 14 that the Licensing Board decision on a manufacturing 15 license can become immediately effective and that 16 neither the Appeal Board nor the Commission need to 17 undertake an immediate effectiveness review of the Board 18 decision authorizing issuance of a manufacturing license.
ig Commissioner Ahearne and Commissioner Gilinsky 20 have disapproved.
They both will have separate vieve 21 that will be attached to the order.

We have Commissioner Ahearne's but 24 we do not yet have Commissioner Gilinsky's.
