TRANSMITTAL OF TOPICAL REPORT Enclosed for the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant docket is topical report CRBRP-ARD-0257, " Supplementary Manual for the FORE-2M Computer Program," dated September 1982. This report, which describes recent changes that have been made to the reactor core thermal hydraulics FORE-2M computer code, will be incorporated into the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report Appendix A, " Computer Codes," by reference in the near future.
