MOTION Prospective intervonors move the Appeal Board to grant them additional time in which to respond pursuant to order dated 9/20/82, changing response due date from November 22, 1982 to January 12, 1983.
Time is needed because the parties are continuing to explore possibilities of settlement.
The parties have been'in regular contact and the prospective intervenors are presently formulating a list of needed docu-monts and present concerns.
TVA has agreed to address these concerns informally in a manner which is conducive to greater discussion and interchange of ideas that formal replys would l
permit.
TVA has agreed to the additional time.
The staff has also agreed provided that all subsequent dates are correspondingly i
extended.
