This information will be used in your post-implementation review of the FitzPatrick Post Accident Sampling System.
References 2 and 3 also requested similar information about the Post Accident Sampling System.
As we stated in our response to Appendix C Item I.2 of Emergency Preparedness Appraisal 50-333/82-03 (Reference 4), these two requests will be combined and submitted in accordance with the attached schedule.
