Enclosed is a copy of an Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania vacating the stay of the Commonwealth Court of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order referred to in my letters of October 29 and November 1, 1982.
The basis for the Supreme Court's action is stated that the Order of the Public Utility Commission does not prohibit constr.iction at Limerick Unit 2.
