Dear Sirs:
This morning we received a copy of the Order to Show Cause served on November 12 in the above-captioned proceeding.
The purpose of this letter is to request a clarification of that order.
The order requires that CEE's response be in the hands of the Appeal Board by November 24.
However, it is silent concerning CZE's obligation to serve the other parties.
Presumably, CEE is free to effect service by mail on November 24, which means that we will probably not receive our copy until Monday, November 29.
This would result in a significant curtailment cf our time to prepare a response.
