Dear Administrative Law Judges:

Enclosed are executed copies of the affidavits of Messrs. DiMascio and Lieberman, Attachments 2 and 3 to LILCO's Motion for Summary Disposition dated November 9, 1982. Please note that Mr. Lieberman filled in the word " plant" that was inadvertently dropped from page 2 of his affidavit. Mr.

DiMascio made changes to his affidavit also; he deleted the word " Substation" on page 3 and changed " headquarters" on page l 6 to " communications center." (I'm told police headquarters I and the police communications center are in the same building.)

HUNTON & WILLIAMS These changes don' t affect the substance of the Motion for Summary Disposition, although the word " headquarters" on page 9 of the motion probably should be changed to " communications center" to be consistent with Mr. DiMascio's affidavit.

Paragraphs 6 and 23 of the " Statement of the Material Facts" (Attachment 1 to the motion) should also be conformed to the DiMascio affidavit.
