In accordance with my letter to you dated June 17, 1982, I am enclosing the following:

(1) " Summary of September 9,1982 Meeting - San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No.1" dated September 23, 1982 (2) Sections II, IV and V, Tables A-1, A_2, B-1 and B-4, Appendices D and F of the " Steam Generator Inspection Program, Return to Power Report, San Onofre, Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, September,1982" (The other sections of the report do not address steam generator tubes and/or repair methods, includino sleeving).
Also enclosed is the November 8,1982 Daily Highlight from Point Beach, Unit 1, which concerns loose parts found in the secondary side of the steam generators. This was the subject of the letter from counsel for the Licensee to the Board dated November 9,1982.
