Dear Mr. Stolz:
Your letter of November 5,1982 requested participation in your data gathering for control room task analyses.
Rancho Seco is already participating with you r contractor, General Physics, in this effort.
In fact, during the week of November 1,1982, General Physics was at the Rancho Seco simulator training held in Lynchburg, Virginia, filming various transients of the responses conducted by Rancho Seco licensed personnel.
I attended that session in order to insure that any assistance SMUD could perform would make this a worthwhile data gathering effort.
I honestly feel that the District has, in fact, put all of our efforts towards this task to assist you in obtaining proper data.
