Your appifcation has not been accepted fer review since all differences between the proposed upgraded package and the !!odel flo. RN-100 Series 3' package have not! been identified and the safety significance addressed.

Therefore, there'is insufficient bases to nake a determination that the upgraded package teets the requirenents of 10 CFR Part 71.
