Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I would respectfully request that we be permitted to obtain copies of the documents in possession of your commission as described below:

All submissions by the General Public Utilities Corp. pursuant to the Price-Anderson Act for its Oyster Creek, New Jersey Nuclear Reactor regarding insurance coverage in effect for the period from January 1, 1980 to date.

transported by Douglas Roh and Marilyn Roh on behalf of Tri-State Transit Company for the General Public Utilities Corp. beginning on or about April 17, 1982, at the Oyster Creek Reactor in Toms l
River, New Jersey, and terminating at a nuclear dump in Beatty, Nevada.

All documents regarding the identity of the Federal Inspector who inspected the load transported by the Rohs described in Number 2 above when it arrived at the Beatty,, Nevada dump on or about April 22, 1980.

All documents containing information pertaining to the contents of the load transported by the Rohs as described in Number 2 above.

All documents regarding telephone conversations or messages with the Federal Inspector who accepted the load from the Rohs on or about April 22. 1980 in Batty, Nevada.

Dear Mr. Van Syoc:
This is in further response to your letter dated August 24, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, seven categories of information pertaining to the load of nuclear material transported by D. Roh and M. Roh in April 1980 to Beatty, Nevada; the identity of the entity operating the Beatty site in April and May,1980 and submissions from January 1,1980 to the present by the General Public Utilities Corporation pursuant to the Price-Anderson Act regarding their Oyster Creek facility.
Our search for additional documents failed to locate any NRC documents subject to Items 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
The Beatty, Nevada site is licensed and was licensed in 1980 by the State of Nevada and not the NRC.
Therefore, we suggest that you contact the following individual for additional informati on:
Mr. John Vaden, Supervisor Radiological Health Consumer Health Protection Services Room 103 Kinkead Building, Capitol Complex Carson City, NV 98710 Also, the Department of Energy forwarded to NRC the documents listed on the Appendix to this letter.
