Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

i We are tran sr.i tti ng herein revisions to several emergency preparedness related documents. The changes affect the following document binders:

Radiological Emergency Respones Plan - Plant Station RERP Implementing Procedures In the Aadiological Emergency Response Plan - Plant, all sections are to be removed and replaced with Issue 3.

This document will be updated by individual sections henceforth, and therefore issue numbers will not necessarily be identical for all sections.

In the Station RERP Implementing Procedures, the general format for I

procedures with worksheets is to file the procedure body under the tab marked with the procedure title, and the worksheets under the tab marked " Attachments," which immediately follows the procedure tab.

i If a procedure, such as RERP-0RG, contains no attachments for working use, there is no " Attachments" tab. The attachments are separated from the procedure by a blue sheet to assist in filing. The

'following procedures are being transmitted for filing in the station RERP Implementing Procedures.

j CR-ALERT, Issue 14 RERP-DOSE, Issue 2 i

RERP-ECP, Issue 5 l

RERP-0RG, Issue 2 (no attachments) i RERP-PCC, Issue 7 CR-VE, Issue 15 If there is confusion as to which issue is most recent whenever multiple copies are received in a short period of time, the highest issue number is always the most recent issue of a given procedure.
